This fast wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be. It's not for everyone, and I'm not necessarily recommending people do it because everyone's body is different and facts differently to things. However, I do feel everyone should give up something that has them in a chokehold for 40 days and see how it helps improve your life. Rather it be giving up TV, social media, alcohol, smoking, etc, and replacing it with a healthier/productive activity. At the end of the day I don't give a f*ck what you do. Li
