This white wolf (a rare color morph in our area) and it's pack—filmed on the Lost Bay snowmobile trail on the northern tip of Voyageurs National Park in February—are not from our study area…and the Cranberry Bay Pack, who occupies this area, were not happy about these trespassers. We suspect this “intruding” pack is the pack just north of Voyageurs National Park in Ontario. The pack likely traveled across the ice of Rainy Lake to reach the Cranberry Bay territory.
